How much is the shipping fee?
For all Singapore orders, we offer free local postage. However, we are not responsible for any damaged or lost item(s). Alternatively you may choose SmartPac delivery at SGD3.90. All SmartPac deliveries come with a tracking number, so rest assured that you will receive your item(s).

Can I do a self collection?
We do not provide self collection service at the moment.
Where is my order?
For Singapore orders, your order should arrive in 4-6 working days after payment received. We are not able to track normal postage. You will receive an email to track the delivery status for SmartPac deliveries.
For international orders, it depends on your location.
If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality or not as described. Please note that item(s) which are damaged due to normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and we have the right to refuse exchange on these grounds.
If you receive faulty item(s), please do not dispose your item(s). Please contact our service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt along with your name, order number, and any images you can provide of the faulty item(s).
